Br. Ritwik "Hades"
ΞΑΠ, Beta #15
Technology Lead, Investor, Real Estate

"Entering university, as an 18 year old international student, living continents away from my family for the first time - XAP was the family 'away from home' that was there for me, at every step of the way. At U of T, my Brothers were my support beacons, that helped me stay grounded, and towards bettering myself. My most cherished memories and relationships are with my Brothers, and I am so excited that we’re only just getting started.

With my B.A. (Hons.) and MBA degrees, I've had the opportunity to represent organizations at various C-suite levels within the telecom, technology, and banking-tech industries. I currently serve as a Technology Delivery Lead at TD Securities. I also continue to follow my passion projects, across technology, as an investor (through VC and PE), and real estate investing & development."

Br. Rahim "Stelios"
ΞΑΠ, Sigma #97
Enterprise Consultant

"I'm currently working as a Senior Enterprise Strategy Consultant, at IBM. XAP has helped me meet some of my best friends, and allowed me to create some of my best memories. I'm still hanging out with the Brothers, and I don't see this changing for life.

Being in XAP has helped me develop my project management, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills. These skills have empowered me to grow into my current role, faster than my peers."

Br. Leon / GaoYang "Khaos"
ΞΑΠ, Kappa #69
Business Owner

"XAP has provided me with great multicultural and fraternity experiences. I was an international student, who came to Toronto by myself. XAP helped me to get involved in the local society, and allow me to learn about the local culture and make local friends.

At UTSC, I studied finance and management. After graduation, I worked for an engineering company called Linde, where I got the opportunity to work in Alberta. Currently, I'm back in Toronto, and started my own furniture business. I like what I do, and with the multicultural experience I had within XAP, I'm able to communicate efficiently with customers, who have different cultural backgrounds. What I love the most about XAP is that whenever I need help or advice, there are Brothers for me."

Br. Farhan "Hermes"
ΞΑΠ, Beta #12
CEO, Founder, Entrepreneur

"Being a part of XAP, had one of the biggest impacts in my life. I came as a student from Dubai, UAE, with no family in Canada. But this Brotherhood never made me feel like it. In the good and bad times, I've always felt this was my family away. Moreover, the experiences have been unforgettable - from deeply bonding with Brothers, from all over the world - to using our collective efforts and minds, towards helping good causes.

XAP instilled in me leadership skills, and helped me realise the true potential of team work. Such experiences and life skills, I would have never imagined getting in university. In fact, it was by taking on XAP challenges, that helped me realise my own true potential. This played a vital role, not only when I started working, but also when I took the plunge, to start my own corporate insurance broking firm, as well as my celebration-tech start up.

I whole heartedly believe, that every person, has the ability, to find a pathway to his true potential, by being a part of this Fraternity. And through our Four Pillars, understand the true potential, of how people, can work together, towards a cause greater than themselves."
